Monday 

12:15 pm Wall Yoga with Jessica

  • Level 2 – Intermediate Twisting, Strength, Balance. A Yoga class utilizing the wall. This class will include poses that will challenge you trough Balance & Strength. Blocks and straps are well-known yoga props, but a wall is even better because it’s free! Come practice with Jessica and check out all the cool ways you can use a wall to get deeper into your yoga practice, and have a little fun

5:45pm Kids Yoga & Mindfulness with Tim & Jessica

  • This class is devoted to developing concepts of PEACE. An emphasis will be placed on mindfulness, breath techniques, meditation, & mudras. Yogis will play cooperative yoga style games, practice partner and group poses to develop trust and team building skills.

7:15pm Vinyasa Flow with April

  • Level 2 – Intermediate Twisting, Strength, Balance. In this faster paced Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere that encourages you to dig deep.

Tuesday  

545pm Slow Burn with April

  • Level 2 – Intermediate Twisting, Strength, Balance, Longer holds. Slow transitions with long held postures. This practice is great for building strength and endurance. It can be challenging at times but rewarding ending in restorative postures.

715pm Beginner Yoga with April { 3 week series starting February 13th $45 }

Wednesday 

10am Slow Flow Vinyasa with Jessica

  • Level 1 – Beginner with some Yoga experience  Twisting, Strength, Balance. Beginner with some Yoga experience  Twisting, Strength, Balance. In this slower paced Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Slow Flow Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun and gentle atmosphere.

6pm Mindfulness – Meditation with Jessica

  • Level Beginner +  we will explore the act of relaxing. Each week we will have a topic to draw our focus. I will talk a bit about the chosen subject. Then we will practice our own process of being present within three 10 minute block of Meditation.

7:15pm Strength & Balance Yoga with Jessica

  • Level 2 – Intermediate Twisting, Strength, Balance. Focus is on postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus. You will develop awareness, strength, balance, followed by relaxation. Some poses will be held for several long breaths, and others will be executed with repetition, so students should find their own steady edge in a pose. This class also includes opportunities to use the wall, elastic bands, and our own body weight to build strength and stability. Focus will be on deconstructing a pose and then rebuilding it again showing the benefits of proper alignment. Adaptations will be shown to guide each student at their own personal level using props.

Thursday  

10am Chair Yoga with Jessica

  • Level 1 Beginner + a unique style of yoga that adapts traditional yoga positions and poses through creative use of a chair. In this class, we will practice the fundamentals of yoga, including meditation, mindful breathing and a series of seated and standing yoga poses…without having to get down on the floor.

545pm Slow Flow Vinyasa with April

  • Level 1 – Beginner with some Yoga experience  Twisting, Strength, Balance. In this slower paced Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Slow Flow Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun and gentle atmosphere.

7:15pm Candlelight Yin with April

  • Level 1 – Beginner +  a peaceful way to end your day. This practice will be lit entirely by candlelight helping us to balance our emotions, still our minds and open the deep connective tissues in the body using various yin asanas.

Friday

  • Level 2 – Intermediate Twisting, Strength, Balance. Focus is on postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus. 9am  $5 Gentle Yoga with Jessica

  • Level 1 – Beginner + A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body

2pm Beginner Yoga with Jessica { 3 week series starting February 13th $45 }

7:30pm Restorative Yin Yoga with Jessica

  • Level 1 – Beginner + The room will be gently heated to encourage muscular relaxation. Lights will be low, candles lit, and music soft. You will create gentle postures using blocks, pillows, & blankets. To get an optimal release posture will be held for 5 – 10 minutes depending on the pose. The instructor will work with you individually if needed to ensure optimal comfort within each pose. This class is great asset for those who have a physically demanding lifestyle.
